PRAWN TANDOORI 
Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
Serving :7 - 8 persons
Ingredients
•	1 kg big prawns (14-16 pieces), wash & clean
•	2 pieces ginger (2 cm each)*
•	3 pieces garlic - pound to extract 5 tbsp juice
•	1 level tbsp briyani powder
•	1 cup yoghurt or 1 cup evaporated milk
•	2 level tbsp sugar
•	1 level tsp saltSome red and yellow colouring
•	For garnishing ~
•	Some salad leaves and slices of lemon
Instructions:
1.	Mix all the ingredients together
2.	Let the prawns marinate for at least 3 hours
3.	Bake the prawns in an oven at 200 Degree for 15 minutes or over a girdle for 30 Degree minutes with medium heat.
4.	Serve warm with salad leaves and lemon slices (squeeze juice over prawns just before eating.
